Together, we celebrate strengths, share knowledge, and empower families to live fulfilling lives as active members of our community. With our unique blend of experiences and insights, we are here to provide the tailored support you need.
Stacy Fields, a native of Southern Oregon, is dedicated to making a positive impact in the community. Raising two children, one of whom experiences a disability, has shaped her perspective and fueled her passion for advocacy. As a Strong Start graduate and a Certified Public Health Worker, Stacy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She actively participates in various committees and councils, including the Oregon Consortium of Family Networks, the Oregon Developmental Disability Services Children’s Services Advisory Group, and the Oregon Department of Education’s State Advisory Council for Special Education, among others. In her free time, Stacy enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, gardening, puzzling, crafting, swimming and dancing. She believes that we are all stronger when we come together and looks forward to building meaningful relationships with individuals who experience disabilities, their families, and the community as a whole.
Book AppointmentBrittany Quirarte is thrilled to join the Bridging Communities team and connect with the community. A graduate of Southern Oregon University with a degree in Criminal Justice, Brittany is continuing her education to stay up-to-date on resources, advocacy, and Oregon laws. As a mother of a child who experiences a disability, Brittany is passionate about helping others in similar situations. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, learning American Sign Language, gardening, thrifting, exploring Oregon, and studying Mycology. Brittany participates on the Jackson County Early Intervention Coordinating Council (JCEIC) and the Local Interagency Coordinating Council (LICC).
Book AppointmentRachel Rawlins has been with Living Opportunities since 2004 and has over 20 years of administrative expertise. As the Finance & Admin Manager at Bridging Communities, she ensures the smooth operation of financial and administrative functions, coordinates grants and contracts, and provides strategic program development guidance. Rachel holds the prestigious Grant Professional Certified (GPC) credential. Her personal experiences as a mother and advocate, having adopted three children, two of whom experience disabilities, have deeply influenced her professional dedication. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys adventuring with her family, reading, and serving as the Dungeon Master in a long-running Dungeons and Dragons campaign.
Book AppointmentRosa Belem Ochoa is a dedicated and self-motivated Mexican immigrant mother of three who has become a strong advocate for her son and others with disabilities. She founded “Charla entre Padres,” a statewide support group for Latino families with members who experience disabilities. Rosa provides bilingual resources and tools to the Latino community both locally and statewide. Her extensive involvement includes serving as a family member for the Oregon Council on Developmental Disabilities (OCDD), participating in the Family Caucus (OCDD), and being a Parent Advisor at the Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS). Additionally, Rosa is a Certified SibShop Facilitator, a Strong Start Graduate, a Certified Community Health Worker, and a graduate of the Parent Leader program at FACT Oregon. In her free time, she enjoys trying multicultural cuisines, spending time with her husband, and watching suspenseful series on Netflix.
