About Stacy Fields

Stacy Fields is a Southern Oregon native and longtime advocate for individuals experiencing disability and their families. Her own family experiences, including her lived experience as both a parent and sibling of people who experience disability, have shaped her perspective and her belief in the importance of families having information, support, and connection to one another.
Stacy is a Strong Start graduate, a Charting the LifeCourse Ambassador, and a 2026 Partners in Policymaking graduate. She stays involved in disability and family advocacy at both the local and state level through the Oregon Consortium of Family Networks, the Oregon Developmental Disabilities Services Children’s Services Advisory Group, the Oregon DD Coalition, The Arc Jackson County, and the Jackson County Mental Health and Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Advisory Board.
In her free time, Stacy enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, puzzles, crafting, dancing, and especially a good lake day. At the heart of both her work and her life is a simple belief: we’re better together. She values creating opportunities for people experiencing disability, families, and the broader community to connect, learn from one another, and know they don’t have to navigate everything alone.
