Rachel Rawlins, GPC

Rachel Rawlins has been with Living Opportunities since 2004 and has over 20 years of administrative expertise. As the Finance & Admin Manager at Bridging Communities, she ensures the smooth operation of financial and administrative functions, coordinates grants and contracts, and provides strategic program development guidance. Rachel holds the prestigious Grant Professional Certified (GPC) credential. Her personal experiences as a mother and advocate, having adopted three children, two of whom experience disabilities, have deeply influenced her professional dedication. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys adventuring with her family, reading, and serving as the Dungeon Master in a long-running Dungeons and Dragons campaign.
