- Hands & Voices of Oregon
Hands & Voices of Oregon supports families navigating the journey of raising a child who is Deaf or Hard of Hearing. One of our programs, Guide By Your Side, is a parent-led program with Parent Guides located throughout the state who support families in their local community, including Southern Oregon! We support families who have children who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. We believe in the motto, "What works for your child is what makes the choice right.” This motto reflects our philosophy that the right choice is the one that works best for the child and their family, and that the process of decision-making is about choosing from alternatives, not right and wrong. We are committed to building community in the state of Oregon, providing resources and trainings, helping with IEPs and IFSPs, and hosting our popular annual Family Camp!
