Get Involved with Our Network

Wherever you are on your journey—from birth through young adulthood—we’re here to answer your questions and help you find resources that support your child’s academic, emotional, and physical growth. Our team combines lived experience and professional training, enabling us to assist families through various milestones. We provide essential support to families navigating the challenges of disability services, including access to information, community connections, and advocacy to empower families in their journey. Our events and support groups also offer valuable opportunities for children and families to connect with one another, share experiences, and build a supportive community together.

Bridging Communities Peer support

Connect with Our Community

Feel free to reach out with inquiries about early childhood, intellectual and developmental disability services, behavior and communication, self-determination, supported decision-making, and much more! If we don’t have the answers, we’ll do our best to help you find them.

To foster a supportive community, we invite families to join our private Facebook group for English-speaking families and our WhatsApp group for Spanish-speaking families. These virtual platforms provide fantastic opportunities to connect with other families, ask questions, and share experiences. Whether you’re looking for advice, encouragement, or simply a friendly chat, our community is here for you every step of the way!
