Bridging Communities offers peer support, trusted information, and help navigating resources so you don’t have to figure things out alone. Whether you are looking to connect with other parents, learn something new, or find services in your area, we’re here to help. If you are not finding what you need, please reach out and one of our Community Health Workers will help point you in the right direction.
