SUMMARY:Adaptive Aerial Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Adaptive Aerial Workshop\nAshland Aerial Arts and Bridging Communities invite individuals from the disability community\, ages 8 to 14\, to join us for a fun and supportive introduction to aerial arts. \nThis free workshop includes a short group warm up followed by rotating aerial stations. Participants will explore trapeze swings\, hanging fabrics known as silks\, and a balance line. Everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace and participate in a way that feels right for them. \nNo experience is needed. Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in and come as you are. Las personas participantes podrán explorar columpios de trapecio\, telas colgantes conocidas como silks\, y una cuerda de equilibrio. Cada persona puede participar a su propio ritmo y de la manera que mejor le funcione. \nNo se necesita experiencia previa. Se recomienda usar ropa cómoda para moverse y venir tal como eres.
