¡Únase a nuestro grupo mensual de apoyo para padres, Café y Comunidad! Este mes, nos complace dar la bienvenida a Miriam de The Arc del Condado de Jackson como nuestra invitada especial.

☕ Durante la primera hora (10:00 a.m. a 11:00 a.m.), nos reuniremos como de costumbre para disfrutar de un café y pan, y para conectar con otros padres y cuidadores. Comparta historias, haga preguntas y siéntase apoyado.

📣 En la segunda hora (11:00 p. m. a 12:00 p. m.), Miriam hablará sobre los programas y servicios que The Arc del Condado de Jackson ofrece para personas con discapacidades intelectuales y del desarrollo y sus familias. Tendrá la oportunidad de hacer preguntas y obtener más información sobre cómo The Arc puede apoyar a su familia.

Café y Comunidad – featuring The Arc Jackson County

Join us for our monthly parent support group, Cafe y Comunidad! This month, we’re excited to welcome Miriam from The Arc Jackson County as our special guest.

☕ During the first hour (10–11 AM), we’ll gather as usual to enjoy cafe and pan, and time to connect with other parents and caregivers. Share stories, ask questions, and feel supported.

📣 In the second hour (11–12 PM), Miriam will share about the programs and services The Arc Jackson County offers for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. You’ll have a chance to ask questions and learn more about how The Arc can support your family.

🗣️ This support group and resource presentation will be conducted entirely in Spanish.

We also offer loaner equipment for families who need assistance registering or accessing virtual events. Additionally, we want to ensure that transportation, child care, and translation services are never barriers to participation. We encourage you to note any potential barriers in the registration forms so we can explore ways to help you.

To better serve our community and confirm to our funders that we are reaching the families who need us, our registration forms will ask for some basic information. Your privacy is important to us, and all data collected will be handled confidentially.
