Nina Casey

Nina Casey, born and raised in Portland, Oregon, joined the Bridging Communities team shortly after graduation from Southern Oregon University. With a degree in Sociology and Anthropology, her passions for cultural cognizance, building healthy social systems, and social justice for all are the ultimate drivers behind her professional and personal life. As Marketing and Communications Coordinator, Nina enjoys doing just that- making a positive impact on families with children experiencing intellectual or developmental disabilities. Growing up alongside a family member who experiences Down syndrome, Nina has a personal connection to her work at Bridging Communities. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, sewing projects, spending time outdoors, and volunteering at her local animal shelter.
