Acompáñenos a Preparación Familiar y Servicios de Notaría, un evento comunitario gratuito organizado por Bridging Communities en colaboración con Coalición Fortaleza y Autism Society of Oregon.
Este evento está diseñado para apoyar a las familias en la preparación de documentos importantes y la creación de un plan familiar para situaciones inesperadas. Las familias se reunirán individualmente con un notario para completar y notarizar documentos clave.
Cada familia recibirá una carpeta de preparación familiar para organizar y guardar documentos importantes.
Habrá cuidado de niños gratuito en el lugar, proporcionado por Autism Society of Oregon.

Join us for Family Preparedness & Notary Services, a free community event hosted by Bridging Communities in partnership with Coalición Fortaleza and Autism Society of Oregon.
This event supports families in preparing important documents and creating a family plan for unexpected situations. Families will meet individually with a notary to complete and notarize key documents.
Each family will receive a Family Preparedness Binder to help organize and store important documents.
Free onsite child care will be provided by the Autism Society of Oregon.

We encourage you to note any potential barriers in the registration forms so we can explore ways to help you.

To better serve our community and confirm to our funders that we are reaching the families who need us, our registration forms will ask for some basic information. Your privacy is important to us, and all data collected will be handled confidentially.
