Únase a Familias en Conexión, The Arc Lane County, OHSU y Bridging Communities para una capacitación gratuita y familiar, diseñada para ayudarle a sentirse más seguro al abordar la atención médica de su hijo.
En esta sesión, aprenderá:
✅ Cómo comunicarse con los proveedores y defender las necesidades de su hijo/a
✅ Cómo navegar por los sistemas de salud que utiliza su hijo/a
✅ Una herramienta útil: Perfiles de una página para entornos médicos: una forma positiva y respetuosa de presentar a su hijo/a y compartir información importante sobre su salud
