De padres, para padres. Porque juntos, somos más fuertes.

Únase a Juntos por Nuestros Hijos, un grupo mensual de apoyo para padres, madres y cuidadores de niños, niñas y jóvenes con discapacidades. Juntos por Nuestros Hijos es dirigido por un voluntario bilingüe de Bridging Communities, un padre que entiende la experiencia, habla su idioma y simplemente lo entiende. Este grupo se lleva a cabo completamente en español y ofrece un espacio para conectarse con otras familias, compartir experiencias, encontrar apoyo e intercambiar recursos útiles.

Venga tal como es y sea parte de la conversación. Ya sea que busque ánimo, ideas prácticas, recursos locales o simplemente la oportunidad de conectarse con otros padres que comprenden su experiencia, ¡aquí es bienvenido!

For parents, by parents. Because together, we’re better.

Join us for Together for Our Children, a welcoming monthly support group for parents and caregivers of children and youth with disabilities. Together for our Children is led by a bilingual Bridging Communities volunteer; a fellow parent who understands your experience, speaks your language, and just gets it! Held entirely in Spanish, this is a space to connect with other families, share experiences, find support, and exchange helpful resources.

Come as you are and join the conversation. Whether you’re looking for encouragement, practical ideas, local resources, or simply a chance to connect with other parents who understand, you’re welcome here.

We also offer loaner equipment for families who need assistance registering or accessing virtual events. Additionally, we want to ensure that transportation, child care, and translation services are never barriers to participation. We encourage you to note any potential barriers in the registration forms so we can explore ways to help you.

To better serve our community and confirm to our funders that we are reaching the families who need us, our registration forms will ask for some basic information. Your privacy is important to us, and all data collected will be handled confidentially.
